ABOUT PETER
Peter Jarquin is a young American racing driver from Knoxville, Tennessee, working his way up through the grassroots ranks of road racing. He didn’t grow up in a racing family or with a long history in motorsports, it started simply, with a trip to the Daytona 500 and an F1 race that flipped a switch. Not long after, he climbed into a kart for the first time, and that was it. He was hooked.
Peter made his competitive karting debut at 14 year old in 2024 and quickly stood out for staying calm under pressure, learning fast, and showing a level of consistency that’s rare in new drivers. He’s extremely coachable, hard-working, and the kind of personality teams like to have around, respectful, focused, and hungry to improve.
Now, Peter is taking the next steps into real cars, endurance racing with Edmonson Motorsports, competing in Spec Racer Ford, and exploring opportunities in WRL. His long-term goal is clear: to build the foundations needed for a future in professional sports-car racing, including IMSA and SRO.
Off track, Peter is just as committed, working on fitness, data driven coaching, growing his social media presence, and learning everything he can from the network of people around him. He’s humble, thoughtful, and understands that this sport rewards the ones who put in the work day after day.
